Sugar is made up of carbon whereas Stevia is organic in composition. It is found to be 20 times sweeter than white sugar. It has anti-fungal properties that prevent all kinds of skin problems. It has anti-bacterial properties and also behaves as an anti-oxidant. If taken as a replacement for white sugar it would not cause any harm to the human body. It has all the necessary properties that can boost immunity and reduce problems.

It contains zinc, calcium and magnesium. These are some of the most important nutrients in a good diet. It helps reduce hair-fall, dandruff and other head scalp-related problems. It is also good to consume if you suffer from high blood pressure.  It is also beneficial in the reduction of uric acid levels. Consumption of Stevia will reduce pimples, acne and other skin-related issues.

Consult your dietician before replacing it entirely with white sugar. It is suggested to use Stevia for a period of one to one and a half years for better health.
